• All app copy, headings, microcopy, error messages and onboarding text
• The prompt library, affirmation writing rules, and every pre-written nudge
• Brain School articles, the brain quiz, Resources guides and the Reset Room scripts
• The brain mascot illustrations and every other image, icon and share-card design
• The source code, database design, AI system prompts and feature architecture
• The Nudge name, logo, colour system, typography and overall look and feel

Everything you write inside Nudge — brain dumps, tasks, custom prompts, goals, notes, item homes — is yours and stays yours. We only hold a limited licence to store and display it back to you so the app works. We don't train models on it and we don't sell it. See the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output produced from your input is yours to use as well, with the usual caveat that AI can be confidently wrong.

• Share the share cards. That's what they're for — the credit is baked in.
• Quote a nudge or a Brain School line with credit to Nudge and a link to usenudge.fun.
• Print the Resources checklist and take it to your appointment.
• Screenshot the app for reviews, teaching, journalism or commentary.

• Copy the prompt library, Brain School content or app copy into another product — free or paid
• Scrape the app, or use it to build a training set or a competing service
• Republish our writing as your own, with or without light rewording
• Use the Nudge name, mascot or branding in a way that suggests we made or endorsed your thing
• Resell, sublicense or white-label Nudge without written permission

Nudge, Nudges, not nags, Brain School, The Reset Room, Where Things Live, Half-Baked Co. and the brain mascot are trade marks of Half-Baked Co., used in commerce and claimed as unregistered (common-law) marks. Registration status may change; this page will be updated if it does.

If you've spotted our writing somewhere it shouldn't be — or you think Nudge has used something of yours — email hello@usenudge.fun with the URL, what specifically was copied, and proof you own it. We investigate every notice and remove anything that shouldn't be there.
